10 am - 11.30 pm
The Community Health Fund aims to support and fund small community groups with an annual income below £35,000, which are based in Brighton or Hove and want to address a particular health issue or run a health-related activity.
The fund is ending: This fund has run for a number of years and is now ending. So this is your LAST CHANCE to apply for this money!
Join Hazel Roper from Community Works, and Laura Williams from the Community Health Fund* to learn about the fund and how to apply.
The session will introduce the fund and its aims, go through the application form and timetable for applying. You'll be given information about the support available to help you to make an application. There will also be plenty of time for your questions and networking with other groups there.
If someone from your group has attended this before, but you haven’t (or you would benefit from a refresher), you’re encouraged to come! Groups may receive up to two awards.
Please note: *Sussex Community Foundation (SCF) manage the application process for the Community Health Fund on behalf of Public Health at Brighton and Hove City Council..
Booking instructions: If oversubscribed, we will run a waiting list for this event.
When booking, you'll be asked for both a Work phone and Mobile phone number. The mobile number would be used on the day if there were an emergency cancellation/change of venue etc. The 'work phone' (daytime number) we might use to clarify any details about this event.
